"Jennifer Smetana has been my agent with State Farm since I moved to Sioux Falls in 2010. She has guided me through the claims process 4 times. One truck, two car and one flooded camper. Each time making the process easy to understand, and accomplishing my claims in a very timely manor. Not to mention 3-4 tow truck calls after a break down. She has been an absolute treasure as an agent, all the while, knowing I'm in good hands. She recently switched State Farm offices as her old employer retired. I was then routed to a new office. As soon as she got her desk set up and a new State Farm office, I put in a transfer back to her. I'm sure the other agent would have done a swell job but, I've been with Jennifer for over a decade now and just feel more comfortable knowing she's looking out for my families best interests, and pricing. I just can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a new Insurance Agent to cover your home, auto's, boat or any other vehicles. I know my son and I are lucky to have her representing us.
